Our professional services team, comprised of a dedicated designer and project manager, will provide a streamlined approach to getting your aux box journey started. For projects that do not require permitting, they will guide you through the design options available for your aux box, create an overview of the scope of work with a budget, and prepare all relevant documentation. For permitted projects, the same process will occur, adding consultation with appropriate engineers,planning consultants and facilitating document collection to submit a successful application for a building permit. We estimate 15 hours of preliminary work for non-permitted projects, and 30 hours of preliminary work for permitted projects.
Costs incurred beyond this, such as surveys, geotechnical reports, engineering etc, can be paid through aux box, or directly based on client preference.
In the event the project is cancelled pre-contract, we will refund the fee, minus the hours spent to date and any outstanding expenses incurred on your project.
